Job summary

Engtal is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up, high-end hospitality construction in Frisco, Texas, with a strong pipeline of work across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate has solid ground-up commercial experience, hotel/hospitality exposure, and a track record delivering high-end finishes.

You will own field operations, manage scheduling and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with project leadership from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent with strong ground-up commercial experience.
• Hotel and hospitality experience highly preferred.
• Proven background delivering high-end finishes and detail-intensive projects.
• Mid/high-rise multifamily, assisted living, student housing, or similar experience considered.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, quality, and closeout experience.
• Ability to take full ownership of field operations and work closely with project leadership.

We’re partnered with a growing DFW general contractor looking to add a Senior Superintendent to its field leadership team. The initial focus will be a ground-up, high-end hospitality development in Frisco, with a strong pipeline of additional work across the DFW market.

The company operates with a lean, relationship-driven model, partnering closely with ownership and development groups from early planning through completion. Their focus is on high-quality construction, repeat relationships, and controlled long-term growth rather than simply chasing project volume.
