Coble Builders, a premier luxury residential contractor in South Florida, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on ultra-luxury residential projects, including waterfront estates.

You will direct all site activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain schedules, and uphold the highest safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with owners, architects, and designers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction with luxury residential focus.
• 10+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Experience leading ultra-luxury custom residences and site closeout.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead all on-site construction activities with safety and quality.

• Develop and drive project schedules, identify risks, and maintain milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and plans for compliance.

• Maintain documentation using Procore and other PM platforms.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel.

With project values typically ranging from $15 million to more than $50 million, our work includes custom waterfront estates, complex structural concrete construction, architectural metals, specialty stone installations, bespoke millwork, high-end interior finishes, and extensive coordination with owner-direct vendors and consultants.

We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations of some of the region's most prestigious residential projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for construction excellence, and extensive experience managing high-end finishes and complex residential construction for discerning clients, architects, and designers.

This individual will be responsible for directing all field activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The Senior Superintendent reports directly to the Vice President of Field Operations and collaborates closely with Project Managers, architects, interior designers, ownership representatives, consultants, and specialty trades.

Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to mentoring others while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all on-site construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, professionalism, and jobsite organization.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, equipment, inspections, and site logistics to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain project milestones.
• Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, contracts, shop drawings, and plan revisions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, designers, consultants, and trade partners while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
• Oversee quality control, testing, inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout to deliver exceptional finished products.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, site photographs, and records utilizing Procore and other project management platforms.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary field leader, ensuring an exceptional client experience and successful delivery of ultra-luxury residential projects.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated expertise in luxury residential construction, including construction methodologies, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, site logistics, and field leadership.
• Ability to effectively read, interpret, and communicate construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
