Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Omaha, NE to lead field operations on major commercial projects. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule from mobilization through closeout, while coordinating with trade partners and on-site leaders.

The role requires extensive experience with large-scale projects, strong P6 scheduling skills, and the ability to mentor field teams to deliver results.

• Lead the master schedule in P6 with sequencing and six-week look-ahead.
• Lead multiple Superintendents, field teams, and trade partners.
• Drive site logistics, resource planning, and day-to-day execution.
• Anticipate and resolve schedule or field issues before they impact the project.
• Partner with project leadership as the senior on-site leader for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor field leaders to build high-performing teams.

What You Bring to the Arena

• Own field operations for complex $50M-$100M+ commercial projects, driving safety, quality, schedule, and performance from mobilization through closeout.


• Lead the master schedule in P6, including sequencing, manpower planning, and six-week look-aheads.


• Lead multiple Superintendents, field teams, and trade partners while driving accountability and performance.


• Drive complex site logistics, field coordination, resource planning, and day-to-day execution.


• Anticipate and resolve schedule, constructability, procurement, and field issues before they impact the project.


• Partner with project leadership and serve as the senior on-site leader for clients and project stakeholders.


• Develop and mentor field leaders while building high-performing teams.

The Skills Behind the Build

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience with a proven track record leading $50M-$100M+ projects.


• Proven experience independently leading large, complex commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.


• Advanced knowledge of P6, master scheduling, site logistics, manpower planning, and schedule recovery.


• Proven ability to lead multiple Superintendents, field teams, and trade partners on complex projects.


• Strong knowledge of constructability, drawings and specifications, procurement, quality control, and project closeout.


• Strong client-facing leader who builds trusted relationships with owners, design teams, and project stakeholders.


• Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other complex commercial project experience is highly valued.


• OSHA 30 required; proficiency with P6 and construction technology expected.
