The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SF configuration and release management, strong project management and leadership abilities, and proven communication skills to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 5+ years of Experience in SuccessFactors configuration and release management
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Leadership and ability to motivate teams under pressure
• Experience with change management is a plus
• SuccessFactors certification is a plus
• Hands-on configuration of SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration and release management processes for the SuccessFactors system
• Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and ensure system configurations are aligned
• Develop and maintain a release management roadmap that aligns with business needs and timelines
• Hire, grow and retain a world-class team of product leads/analysts responsible for product configuration
• Manage the deployment of system updates and upgrades, ensuring changes are tested and documented
• Develop and maintain a change management process that minimizes end-user disruption
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SuccessFactors configuration and release management
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to team members, standardizing practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize, scope, and plan activities
• Serve as a technical expert in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
