Job summary

Dashiell Corporation is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead QAQC reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards for electrical substations. The role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to the Raleigh, NC office.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience. This position emphasizes quality assurance, training development, and cross-office standardization to enhance engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical substation engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) needed.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive QAQC reviews of design packages.
• Develop and improve QAQC processes.
• Lead training and development of engineering staff.
