Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead substations design and project execution in the United States. You will manage complex engineering scope, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and mentor less experienced staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• PE Licensed.
• Knowledge of codes and standards.
• Knowledge of Project Management Principles.
• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proven mentoring and training experience.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Scheduling Software (e.g. Project, P6, Other).
• Engineering Software (e.g. AutoCAD, Etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex design and analysis independently.
• Design major and unique projects.
• Lead large teams, major projects, and programs of projects.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with project manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Consult clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
• Lead business development and proposal development.
• Participate within the industry.
• Confirm design work is produced following quality procedures.
• Ensure designs meet client standards, safety, design code, constructability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
