Qualifications

• 6+ years of substation & plant electrical project experience with PM/P&L background.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent education and 8 years experience).
• PMI Project Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and manage multiple field projects of moderate risk, scope and complexity.
• Develop and manage project-level metrics to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Track scope and schedule changes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Profit/loss accountability for projects; manage contracts to protect company interests.
• Represent the company at bid meetings, project meetings and strategy meetings.
