Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of substation physical design experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Drafting or equivalent.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Ability to visualize parts in 3D without the aid of CAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare substation drawings: GA, equipment plans, section views, BOM, grounding, conduit and details.
• Interpret vendor information into design deliverables.
• Perform walkdowns at client facilities.
• Apply client standards.
