You will lead discipline work, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals, cost estimates and business development, and ensure designs meet client standards and safety requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience as a practicing engineer.
• Bachelors degree from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.

Aufgaben

• Lead protection and control design for substation and transmission projects.
• Develop P&C one-lines, three-lines, schematics, panels and wiring diagrams.
• Provide technical direction on complex engineering problems.
• Lead a team of engineers and designers and manage budgets/schedules.
• Support proposals, cost estimating, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, construction teams, and clients.
