Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare work breakdown structures and secure stakeholder concurrence.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Oversee client billings and ensure timely payments; review subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project status, risks and change management processes.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
• Prepare monthly reports, bid packages and addenda.
