Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and training in Substation Engineering to the department and mentorship to Leads.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain quality control standards for design services standards and products.
• Monitor and maintain budgets and schedules for all projects and workflows.
• Develop and review conceptual project scopes; provide cost estimates to stakeholders.
• Directly manage Leads and contributors in the department.
• Coordinate with internal Leads and customers to optimize workflow and workload.
• Prepare technical performance reports and present project status, budget, and performance to management or teams.
• Identify customer needs and ensure processes run smoothly across teams.
