Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.

• Experience leading medium-to-large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of medium-to-large substation projects, including transformer and circuit breaker replacements and new configurations.
• Perform advanced protection analysis, relay coordination, and fault response studies.
• Manage substation project execution: scoping, estimating, scheduling, procurement.
• Oversee external design partners to ensure alignment with OPPD standards.
• Develop and refine engineering standards and best practices.
