Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and long-term planning for substation design and reliability.
• Design and deliver large, complex substation projects and major equipment replacements.
• Manage scoping, estimating, procurement, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination for projects.
• Direct consultant engineering work by providing requirements and reviewing deliverables.
• Mentor engineering staff and perform QC reviews to ensure high-quality output.
