Job summary

Global Talent Resources, Inc seeks a Substation Engineer III in Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes substation physical and protection and control engineering, performing complex design and analysis, and managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality while developing client relationships.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-7+ years in substation P&C engineering within a consulting environment. A PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-7+ years of experience in substation physical and P&C engineering in a consulting environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage technical work, project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage small, diverse projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform complex technical research, calculations, modeling, design, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and act as secondary client contact.
• Assist in developing project strategies, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Track progress against schedules and budgets using project management software.
• Supervise and train project team members and assign work.
• Maintain project quality in line with professional standards.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and provide required information.
