Jacobs is seeking a Substation Physical/P&C Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas to lead projects in the energy transition sector. This role requires a minimum of 8 years in Substation Physical Design and Protection & Control design. The successful candidate will work directly with utility clients and mentor team members across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Substation Physical/Protection & Control design experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States.
• Ability to perform project scoping, prepare task orders, and conduct design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop Substation design deliverables for utility upgrades.
• Interface with utility/developer clients to gather requirements.
• Mentor team members and support proposal preparation for new contracts.
