Revamp Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for the High Voltage Substation team to lead design and QA/QC, focusing on P&C and physical aspects. You will review deliverables, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote-friendly, employee-owned culture advancing clean-energy projects.

You will travel up to 10% for field validation and client meetings, sharing technical expertise to ensure design quality and constructability across portfolios.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience in substation design.
• Extensive knowledge of P&C and physical substation design.
• Ability to review project documents for conformity and QA.
• Experience owning larger or complex projects with budgets/schedules.
• Client-facing communication and mentoring experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SME guidance across P&C and physical substation scopes.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and redline P&C drawings.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multi-person deliverables.
• Engage with clients via calls and design reviews.
• Perform field visits and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
