Affiliated Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer - Substation in our Austin office. You will drive power systems design, oversee relaying and protection, and coordinate with utilities and clients to deliver reliable substation solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a BSEE from ABET-accredited program with PE licensure.
• 10+ years of experience designing MV/HV power distribution, generation, or transmission systems.
• Proficient in power engineering design software and Office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the power systems design process on assigned projects.
• Lead project teams, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and partners.
• Develop innovative substation solutions including relay, protection, and automation schemes.
