Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligible for licensure in target state.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for high-voltage substations including protection & controls.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to meet scope and budget.
• Develop and review equipment specs, BOMs, drawings and electrical designs.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and oversee quality reviews.
