Job summary
ERSG Ltd is seeking a Substation Engineer with a specialization in utility substation design and a strong background in the power delivery industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a PE license, and substantial experience with HV substations and physical design.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
- PE license is required.
- EIT certification is a plus; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of certification.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior technical resource and technical advisor for the team.
- Provide specialized input to studies and design for substation scopes.
- Develop study and design procedures for high-quality, cost-effective work.
- Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
- Estimate technical effort for projects.
- Perform quality control of design calculations or drawings.
- Prepare technical specification sections.
- Contribute to engineering budget and schedule planning.
- Identify key client interests and drivers and reflect them in the project work.
- Communicate client interests to project team and adapt work accordingly.
- Remove impediments blocking the engineering team.
- Advise Management on maximizing ROI for the team.
- Attend all client technical review meetings.
