Job summary

Pike Substation Group is seeking a Control Electrician A for substation electrical systems. The role requires 6-8 years of experience with 525 kV and below equipment, including installation of control panels, capacitors, and conduit.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong understanding of electrical theory (AC/DC, transformers, breakers).
• Ability to interpret substation drawings and communicate with customers/subordinates.
• Willingness to lead/coaching responsibilities on the crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe construction, maintenance or repair of substation equipment/systems.
• Install over current / recloser schemes and manage PLC logic understanding.
• Lead/coach crew members and work independently or with others.
