Qualifications

• 4–6 years of working knowledge in substation equipment 525 kV and below.
• Ability to install over-current/recloser schemes and interpret PLC logic.
• Capable of climbing and working at heights up to 60 feet.
• Willing to travel up to 90% and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, adjustment and troubleshooting of substation equipment/systems.
• Maintain company vehicles, test equipment and tools in good condition.
• Work in close proximity to energized components with safety for outages and personnel.
• coach crew members and lead job tasks when required.
