Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Active, unrestricted substance abuse license/certification meeting Missouri requirements.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with at-promise or underserved youth.
• Experience in substance use prevention, counseling, intervention, or referrals.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating substance use prevention and intervention programs.
• Providing education and training to students and staff.
• Connecting students with appropriate community resources and treatment services.
• Monitoring student participation, behavior, and progress.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records and required reports.
• Collaborating with clinical and center leadership regarding student needs and interventions.
• Modeling professionalism, accountability, respect, and the Career Success Standards.
• Helping maintain a center environment free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect.
