Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth and excellent written/verbal communication skills also required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and maintenance services of the department.
• Monitor daily productivity of staff members to reduce inefficiencies and maximize task completion.
• Conduct regular inspection of buildings, grounds, and equipment for compliance and safety codes.
• Assess internal controls to safeguard equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform maintenance and custodial tasks on buildings, grounds and equipment as needed.
• Maintain an effective work order system.
• Coordinate with center staff to determine maintenance needs.
• Oversee service and maintenance subcontracts to ensure project progress and compliance.
• Engage in CRA projects from scope of work to contract completion including DOL approval.
• Prepare and maintain equipment inventory and preventive maintenance records.
• Provide an effective transportation program that responds to students' needs.
• Manage GSA fleet on Center and ensure vehicle safety and inspection.
