Job summary

Wood seeks a senior project manager to plan, direct, and control complex subsea projects. You will represent the company with clients and key partners, negotiate scope changes, and drive quality and safety compliance across teams.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineers and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and support business development with insights on client issues and project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil/Mechanical/Ocean disciplines.
• 17+ years of experience in Subsea, Project Management or related contracting.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and controls execution of project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Negotiates changes with client and aligns with suppliers and contractors.
• Leads cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Mentors staff, reviews performance, and supports development plans.
