Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support and progressively lead the delivery of large-scale undersea telecommunications projects. You will partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage planning, budgets, risk, and customer engagement.

You will coordinate schedules, costs, and contractual requirements while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to advance to a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in large cross-functional projects, including financial oversight.
• Ability to interpret contracts and support commercial positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budget and schedule management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations.
• Manage contract administration, scope, schedules and change notices.
• Develop risk and opportunity assessments with mitigation plans.
• Prepare status updates and present to customers and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior project team members and share lessons learned.
