Job summary

Responsibilities include FEED and detailed engineering, cost/time estimation, risk assessment, and FAT witness. Travel to operator and supplier sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed; relevant technical degrees welcomed.
• 10–20+ years experience as a subsea controls engineer.
• Willingness to travel to Operator/Supplier sites and offshore.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directing and assisting with Concept, PreFEED, FEED and detailed engineering.
• Estimate costs and timing to bring the project to execution.
• Ensure project compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Develop specifications and selection of subsea control systems and equipment.
• Develop and review subsea controls software systems.
• Develop testing, installation, operation and maintenance procedures.
• Witness hardware FATs and Subsea Software FATs.
• Risk assessment and HAZID responsibilities.
• Progress reporting and monitoring responsibilities.
• Act as Customer Site (Engineering) Representative as needed.
• Assist with training new engineers.
