Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Subrogation Specialist focused on workers’ compensation and commercial auto to maximize recoveries. The role requires coordinating with claims, legal counsel, and experts across multiple jurisdictions and travel for mediations as needed.

We value a seasoned professional with 10+ years of subrogation experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a track record of complex recoveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years in commercial subrogation, with emphasis on workers’ compensation.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and complex recoveries.

Responsabilités

• Investigate workers’ compensation & commercial auto claims to identify recovery opportunities.
• Analyze liability, causation, damages, and recovery potential to develop effective subrogation strategies.
• Coordinate with workers’ compensation & commercial auto adjusters to preserve and protect subrogation rights.
• Negotiate settlements directly with attorneys and other parties to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of complex subrogation matters across multiple jurisdictions while staying compliant with laws and deadlines.
