Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years of claims liability experience required.
• Prior experience with E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums required.
• Advanced knowledge of claims administration and negligence laws.
• Excellent written communication for arbitration contentions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims systems.
• Strong organization and negotiation skills.
• Property & Casualty license or equivalent required where applicable.

• Oversee litigated subrogation files and manage vendors.

• Identify and pursue recovery for specialized losses.

• Serve as Arbitration Forum panelist for intercompany cases.
• Assess liability and damages on complex files across markets.
• Gather supporting documentation to verify demands.
• Review inbound demands for straight-through processing.
• Provide status updates to insured members on subrogation progress.
• Maintain accurate records in specialized subrogation systems.
