Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates and settles complex subrogation claims with adverse parties.
• Develops action plans to resolution and coordinates claim processes.
• Mentors team members and acts as proxy for manager.
• Communicates with claims handlers and clients; prepares reports.
• Leads catastrophic subrogation claims and audits files.
• Keeps abreast of case law and statutes affecting subrogation.
