Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional complex subrogation claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, and settles complex subrogation claims with adverse parties.
• Develops action plans, coordinates processes, and approves payments.
• Mentors teammates and serves as a liaison to management on complex files.
• Leads special projects and provides training to team and business units.
• Keeps up with case law and statutes affecting subrogation and recovery strategies.
