This remote role requires occasional travel for mediations and team meetings. A strong background in litigated subrogation and multi-line experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business or related field.
• Senior-level subrogation or complex liability experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction claims and litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes and settles complex subrogation claims with adversaries.
• Develops action plans, coordinates processes and approves payments.
• Mentors team members and acts as proxy for manager when needed.
• Negotiates settlements and maintains case documentation and reports.
• Stays current on case law and statutory changes impacting subrogation.
