Qualifications

• Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigates, analyzes, determines liability, and settles with adverse parties.
• Develops and manages complex subrogation claim action plans to resolution.
• Mentors team members on complex files and higher authority claims.
• Leads catastrophic subrogation claims with large volumes.
