Job summary

Atlas seeks a Submarine Electronic Warfare (EW) AN/BLQ-10 Engineering Technician to join our Groton, CT team. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and repair ISIS equipment per DoD and Navy procedures, with occasional travel up to 10%.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance, plus a technical background and 10+ years of relevant experience. This is a full-time on-site role in Groton, CT.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or higher education with technical/military training beyond high school.
• At least 10 years of job-related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and service equipment and systems at company and client sites.
• Perform or coordinate test and evaluation, checkout, and certification tasks of AN/BLQ-10 systems.
• Perform validations/verifications of various electronic systems related to the operation of the BLQ-10 system.
• Develop technical data for PMS, manuals, troubleshooting procedures, and drawings updates.
• Implement Engineering Change Instructions (ECI).
• Train others in operation and performance of the system(s).
• Direct on-site customer interface for installation, testing, survey, fabrication, and other tasks.
• Ensure compliance with engineering docs, plans, specs and test procedures.
