Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise Subawards section, set priorities, mentor staff, and oversee performance.
• Plan, negotiate, administer, and close out complex subcontracts and subawards.
• Lead evaluations, source selection, and negotiations with contractors and partners.
• Develop and maintain subcontracting policies aligned with FAR and Uniform Guidance.
