Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Subcontracts Manager 2 to lead the Mechanical and Cables/Connectors Subcontracts Team in the Mission Systems Category Management Organization at the Linthicum Heights, MD facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Subcontracts/Procurement and/or Program/Project Management and/or Manufacturing/Operations.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a team lead or direct manager of people.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Subcontracts Team within Mission Systems Category Management.
• Strategize with program teams to launch RFQs and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with PrOP and government regulations.
• Collaborate with directors to manage staff development.
