Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to shape the strategic direction of contract management supporting critical government missions. The role emphasizes NDA, TA, subcontracts, pricing analysis, and audit readiness while coordinating with remote teams to meet demanding deadlines.

You'll work in Falls Church, VA, with a hybrid schedule and a strong emphasis on collaboration across internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliant contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree, 9+ years of related experience in contracts or procurements accepted.
• 5+ years of related experience in contracts, subcontracts administration, supply chain or large procurement activities.
• Familiar with FAR and government contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development, negotiation, and administration of NDAs, TAs, subcontracts and related agreements per client requirements and FAR.
• Supports capture process by conveying GDIT solution data to subcontractor teams to obtain data calls and coordinate responses.
• Ensures timely processing of subcontract actions including award documentation, funding modifications, and adjustments to the subcontract.
• Performs Cost & Price Analysis of subcontractor pricing to ensure fairness and reasonableness for proposals and awards.
• Creates and maintains compliant audit files per customer requirements, laws, FAR and policies.
• Mentors junior team members and collaborates with a remote team to meet deadlines.
