Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain or contracts, with at least 6 years in Subcontract Management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• Proven experience supporting DoW programs
• Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior managers and program leadership
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, negotiate and manage highly complex proposals and subcontracts under minimal supervision.
• Solicit and review proposals, develop evaluation criteria, negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, write packages, prepare, award and administer subcontracts.
• Lead and negotiate complex subcontract agreements meeting internal objectives, including changes to subcontracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage supply chain risks.
• Develop subcontracting strategies for proposals and tailor prime contract requirements for Supply Chain.
