Qualifications

• 8+ years of subcontract administration experience, ideally in professional services.
• Experience preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements.
• Working knowledge of GSA schedules and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation and closeout.
• Review subcontractor proposals for compliance and documentation.
• Support negotiations for teaming and non-disclosure agreements.
