Job summary

Trusted Space Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage and execute contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related legal documents. You will collaborate with Business Development and Program Execution teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and align with company policies.

The role requires 5+ years in government/defense contracting, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and active TS/SCI clearance. Remote/hybrid work is possible, with preference for Northern VA or Denver Metro Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or legal discipline (experience also considered in lieu of degree).
• 5+ years of contracts and subcontracts administration in aerospace/defense.
• 5+ years of legal experience in licenses, patents, trademarks, IP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation, review, modification, and execution of contracts and related documents.
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external parties.
• Track on-time completion of contract deliverables.
• Support Business Development proposal reviews for contract compliance.
• Provide guidance in contract activities supporting new business.
• Assist legal review of policies, procedures, and agreements.
• Assist IP and patent license-related agreements.
