Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with strong experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 15 years working directly with and managing industrial manufacturing suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, and specs.
• Proven track record in scope development, RFQ, negotiations, and subcontracts.
• Willingness to travel to supplier facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontracting lifecycle from input to final performance review.
• Develop clear scopes of work translating drawings and specs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, warranties, and risk allocation.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule on subcontracted work.
• Provide status reporting and escalate issues with practical recommendations.
