Maximus seeks a strategic Subcontracts leader to manage a team of subcontract specialists supporting proposals and operations programs. You will oversee performance from solicitation to closeout, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and favorable agreements.

In this role, you will drive subcontract strategies across portfolios, advise project teams, and lead negotiations with subcontractors while maintaining rigorous records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance and NDA/TA practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (Coupa) and CLM tools; CPSR familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Develop subcontracting strategies and advise project teams on compliance.
• Maintain subcontract files and ensure government regulatory adherence.
