Job summary

Paligen Technologies is seeking an experienced Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to lead the full lifecycle of complex subcontracts in our on-site Tampa office.

You will drive acquisition planning, supplier negotiations, and closeout while partnering with Program Management, Engineering, and Contracts to ensure timely, compliant performance for defense programs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of subcontract experience in defense/aerospace, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of subcontract administration or similar in defense or aerospace.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting on large programs.
• Experience with DoD modernization or facilitation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for complex subcontracting efforts.
• Evaluate responses, negotiate price, schedule, and terms.
• Administer subcontract awards and modifications across contract types.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and risk identification.
• Maintain subcontract files and prepare status reports.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Contracts, Construction, and other teams.
