Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts for energy projects. You will develop, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, POs, and change orders in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

You will review terms, mitigate risks, and act as the main liaison with subcontractors while coordinating with project managers, legal, and procurement to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 7 years of subcontract administration experience.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing complex subcontracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, POs, and change orders.
• Prepare and issue RFPs/IFBs; analyze proposals and select vendors.
• Review subcontract terms; identify risks and suggest mitigations.
• Serve as primary contact for subcontractors; resolve issues.
• Monitor performance against obligations, schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with PMs, legal, procurement and stakeholders.
• Maintain complete subcontract files and documentation.
• Participate in pre-qualification and evaluations.
• Support audit activities related to subcontract compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
