Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in supply chain management, contract administration, or related discipline and 15+ years progressive experience.
• Must be well versed in Government Contracting (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) with knowledge of acquisition principles and government rules/regulations.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and SDRL management.
• Experience with various contract types (FFP, CR, CPFF, T&M, etc.).
• Ability to lead and communicate new concepts for unique requirements.

Responsibilities

• Procure major subcontracts for complex hardware/services supporting assigned programs.
• Review SOWs and prepare RFPs/RFQs; conduct source selection determinations.
• Lead cost and price analyses; perform cost reviews with management and customers.
• Conduct subcontract negotiations with suppliers.
• Interpret terms and conditions and negotiate modifications to subcontract provisions.
• Advise management on contractual rights/obligations and subcontract risks.
• Act as primary subcontract contact with program management, suppliers, and customers.
