Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year.
• Strong discretion and independent judgment for managing complex contracts.
• Experience interpreting specifications, statements of work, and contractual language, including regulatory references.

Responsibilities

• Plan, solicit, award, and administer diverse contract types in compliance with policies.
• Interpret complex specifications and SOWs to ensure correct execution of requirements.
• Analyze proposals, including price and technical components, to support decisions.
• Exercise independent judgment on strategic and financial matters.
• Research, interpret, and apply FAR/DFARS regulations and contract requirements.
• Establish objectives, criteria and metrics for contract administration and oversight.
• Formulate and implement subcontracting management policies and practices.
• Execute major assignments with substantial financial implications.
• Ensure contracts align with corporate goals and regulatory mandates.
