Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; additional experience considered in lieu of education.
• Candidates must be able to pass a federal background investigation to obtain/maintain DOE Q security clearance if required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing are part of the program.
• 30+ years of related construction experience.
• Knowledge of DOE Orders and Regulations and industrial codes and standards.
• Minimum 10 years of management and leadership experience directing multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, budgets, risk plans, and performance metrics.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and objectives across teams.
• Provide leadership to multiple project managers and functional managers.
• Interface with senior leadership, clients, regulators, and external stakeholders.
