Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visual craft on brand moments and campaigns, from concept to shipped production-ready work.
• Mentor other designers, sharing craft feedback and helping them grow.
• Help build and pressure-test design systems, component libraries, and AI-powered tooling.
• Influence without authority by presenting strong viewpoints to Product, Marketing, and stakeholders with working prototypes.
• Develop range across the full workflow and hand off cleanly to engineering.
