Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education or related settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community of Care student support for The Design School with high-volume case coordination and follow-up communications.
• Support student wellbeing initiatives across undergraduate and graduate populations to promote belonging and connection.
• Collaborate with Academic Probation and CAP processes to help students meet academic expectations and progress toward degree completion.
• Develop and improve procedures that support student wellbeing, retention, and degree progression.
• Build relationships with ASU resources and help students navigate complex support systems.
• Coordinate with student orgs to provide guidance and coordination for engagement and community-building opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience or equivalent
