Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4 years of experience or training in a higher education setting.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Experience operating in an Agile project management environment.
• Experience documenting workflows using MS Visio or similar software.
• Proficiency in BANNER and knowledge of academic processes (advising, degree audit, diploma processing) within Registrar operations.
