Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field with counseling techniques knowledge.
• Three years of professional student services experience; master's may substitute for one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic academic advising and success coaching to first- and second-year students.
• Develop individualized academic plans and guide students on degree requirements and policies.
• Monitor student progress using a case management approach and advising documentation.
